Qualifications
- Prior Medical Science Liaison or field-based experience in oncology preferred
- Advanced degree in health sciences (MD) with 2–3 years of relevant experience
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in health sciences with 5+ years of clinical, research, or industry experience is considered
- Strong intellectual curiosity and learning agility
- Ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly and concisely
- High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building skills

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and communicate deep scientific expertise within oncology through continuous learning
- Serve as a trusted scientific resource by providing unbiased, accurate, and up-to-date medical information
- Act as a primary interface between Lilly medical teams and scientific experts
- Support scientific exchange and respond to advanced disease and product-related queries
- Identify opportunities for collaborative research and external partnerships
- Synthesize complex scientific data and share clinical insights with cross-functional teams
- Contribute actively to medical planning and strategic initiatives within Lilly India
- Demonstrate territory ownership through strategic planning, prioritization, and execution
- Execute responsibilities in compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Travel nationally up to 80%, including 4–6 weekends per year
