Qualifications

  • Education: MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology
  • Specialisation: Fellowship or MCh in Reproductive Medicine / ART (mandatory)
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in fertility or ART practices

About the Role

The Fertility Consultant will be responsible for delivering comprehensive fertility care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of ART procedures. The role requires close collaboration with embryologists, andrologists, and nursing teams, along with strong patient counseling skills and adherence to the highest ethical and clinical standards.

MBBS Job: Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed fertility assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Develop and implement personalised fertility treatment plans
  • Perform and supervise ART procedures, including IVF, IUI, and related interventions
  • Collaborate with embryologists, andrologists, and nursing staff for integrated care
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical and ethical protocols
  • Provide empathetic counseling and emotional support to patients throughout their fertility journey
  • Participate in clinical audits, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
