Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of medical affairs strategy for neuroscience programs in this Medical Director Job
- Develop and implement Integrated Evidence Plans (IEP)
- Design and execute interventional studies, NIS, and RWE studies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development and International Medical Affairs, in this job in Hyderabad
- Drive scientific communication, publications, and medical education programs
- Represent Global Medical Affairs to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide strategic inputs for new therapeutic indications and portfolio development
- Manage complex assets requiring pharmacovigilance expertise at Novartis Careers
- Ensure financial tracking and cost-effective execution of medical activities
Educational Requirements for this Job:
- MD (Preferred Neurologist) OR PhD/PharmD in Neuroscience/Health Sciences
- Specialist qualification in Gene Therapy (advantage)
- 10+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical Development
- Clinical research experience in pharmaceutical or academic settings
Skills Required:
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities
- Expertise in drug development and medical affairs
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems and stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate across global teams and functions
- Strong communication and scientific presentation skills
