Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the in-house dental clinic in this Dental Clinical Research Job in Mumbai
- Support the execution of external oral health clinical research studies
- Develop research protocols and study-related documentation
- Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines
- Monitor study progress and maintain data quality oversight as a Clinical Research Associate
- Handle adverse event reporting and regulatory communication
- Train and supervise clinical support staff and external teams
- Coordinate departmental budget and expense approvals at Colgate-Palmolive
- Prepare interim reports, final reports, manuscripts, and presentations
- Maintain infection control, safety, and hygiene standards
Educational Requirements for this Job:
- BDS or MDS degree with valid professional credentials
- Experience in conducting oral health clinical trials
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
- Experience in protocol writing and clinical research documentation
- Facility management experience preferred
