Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct video consultations with customers.
- Review medical history, health questionnaires, lifestyle factors, and diagnostic reports.
- Assess the suitability of treatment plans based on customer profiles.
- Identify contraindications, red flags, and cases requiring escalation.
- Educate customers about hair loss causes and treatment expectations.
Treatment Guidance
- Explain Traya’s personalized treatment recommendations.
- Address concerns related to medications, side effects, treatment timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Ensure customers understand dosage instructions and treatment compliance requirements.
- Support customers in making informed healthcare decisions.
Clinical Documentation
- Maintain accurate consultation notes and customer records.
- Document recommendations and follow-up actions appropriately.
- Ensure compliance with telemedicine documentation standards.
Customer Experience
- Build trust and rapport with customers during consultations.
- Deliver empathetic and patient-centric healthcare interactions.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- Improve treatment adherence through counseling and education.
Compliance & Quality
- Follow telemedicine guidelines and applicable medical regulations.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and data privacy standards.
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Educational Requirements for the Remote Dermatologist Job:
- MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
- MD Dermatology from a recognized university.
- Valid Medical Council Registration.
- Additional certifications in telemedicine or dermatology will be an advantage.
Skills Required:
