Key Responsibilities:
- Support overall hospital administration, healthcare jobs, and daily operations.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor bed management, patient flow, and emergency preparedness.
- Participate in clinical governance activities, audits, and accreditation processes.
- Implement policies related to patient safety, infection control, and risk management.
- Resolve operational issues affecting patient care and hospital services.
- Support medical staff scheduling, orientation, and training programs.
- Foster ethical practices, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and administrative staff.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards such as NABH and JCI.
Educational Requirements for the Healthcare job:
- An MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Postgraduate qualification in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or an equivalent discipline.
- Proven experience in hospital administration or medical management.
- Experience in healthcare jobs, multispecialty or tertiary care hospitals is preferred.
