Educational Requirements for the Junior Research Fellowship:
- First Class Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized university or institution.
- Valid registration with the Dental Council of India (DCI) or the respective State Dental Council.
General Instructions:
- NET/GATE/GPAT qualification where ever prescribed, and certificates of OBC/SC/ST
should be valid as on the closing date of receipt of application. - The candidate should send scanned copy of duly filled signed application form (Typed, not Handwritten) along with supporting documents (educational qualification, matriculation certificate in support of date of birth, GATE/NET score card valid as on closing date of application, caste certificate, if applicable) to research-academic@gov.in
- The scanned file should be in a single PDF file [File name should be: POST CODE_YOUR
NAME] - Applications not submitted in the prescribed format (Annexure ‘A’) shall be summarily
rejected. - The last date to send an online application form by email is 30th June 2026.
- Shortlisted candidates will be communicated through email to appear for the interview.
- Candidates should bring Application form along with original certificates/ testimonials
with complete bio-data on the date of interview & submit self-attested photocopies of the same, failing which the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the interview. - Reporting time is 0800h-0930h on the date of Interview, at Main Gate Reception, INMAS, Timarpur, Delhi. Late comers will not be allowed.
- Written Test may be conducted for RAs/JRFs (depending on the number of candidates
appearing on the date of interview) and only those candidates who qualify in the written test shall be interviewed on the same day. - The shortlisted candidates will be interviewed on the date mentioned against the
post. - The selected candidate(s) may be allowed to register for PhD with any recognized
University/Institution during the tenure of fellowship. - Candidates presently employed in Government Departments/ PSU’s/ Autonomous Bodies
will be required to produce NOC at the time of interview. - Please note: Electronic items like smart/ mobile phones/pen drive/ laptop/ CD-ROM etc.
are strictly not allowed inside INMAS Campus. - Antecedents of candidates will be verified again at the time of joining, if selected.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending an interview or for joining, if selected.
- The number of vacancies may change as per organizational requirement without any prior notice.
- It may be noted that mere offer of fellowship does not confer on fellows any right of
absorption in DRDO. - No candidate shall claim admission as a matter of right. The admission shall be entirely at the discretion of the Selection Committee of the Institute, which may refuse to admit any candidate without assigning any reason thereof.
- Director INMAS reserves the right to scrap the whole selection process anytime, without any prior information and reason assigned therefor.
