Job Description:
As a Manager, Clinical Operations, you will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality clinical trial projects while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently achieved. You will oversee project delivery, mentor and develop clinical research professionals, manage resources, and collaborate closely with sponsors and cross-functional teams. This leadership role also involves supporting business development activities, improving operational processes, and ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and Parexel SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:
