Job Description:
Boehringer Ingelheim is recruiting a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to execute medical affairs strategies within the assigned territory. This Medical Science Liaison job opportunity involves scientific engagement with healthcare professionals, supporting product registrations, collaborating with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and providing evidence-based medical insights. Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Deliver scientific and evidence-based medical information.
- Execute medical affairs strategies within the assigned territory.
- Support Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS).
- Participate in scientific meetings and medical symposia.
- Identify treatment trends and therapeutic insights.
- Support product registration with scientific presentations.
- Contribute to labelling document development and review.
- Collaborate with regulatory and cross-functional teams.
- Provide medical insights to internal stakeholders.
Educational Requirements for this Medical Science Liaison Job:
Essential Qualification
- A medical degree in Pharmacology is required.
Experience
- 4–5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Science Liaison, or the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Candidates without a doctoral qualification should have 10+ years of relevant field-based experience with strong scientific expertise.
Preferred Qualifications
- Scientific expertise in the Diabetes therapeutic area.
