Job Description:
The Associate – Evidence Synthesis will contribute to the execution of assigned Evidence Synthesis projects, including search strategy development, screening, and data extraction to generate robust evidence supporting value propositions for programs and products in global and local markets. The role supports research planning across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch stages for investigational and marketed drugs.
The position involves contributing to burden of illness studies, epidemiology research, literature reviews, meta-analyses, observational studies, economic evaluations, and patient-reported outcomes analysis. The Associate will assist in the development of strategic evidence materials, core value dossiers (CVD), and Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) dossiers while ensuring adherence to evidence generation guidelines and established standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the execution of assigned Evidence Synthesis projects, including search strategy development, screening, and data extraction.
- Support research plans for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch evidence for investigational and marketed drugs.
- Assist in evidence generation activities such as epidemiology studies, literature reviews, meta-analyses, observational studies, and economic evaluations.
- Support the development of the core value dossier (CVD) and AMCP dossiers and provide strategic direction.
- Assist in the development of strategic evidence materials aligned with scientific and value messages.
- Maintain adherence to evidence generation guidelines and relevant standards.
- Support and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Work with global HEVA/Medical teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify evidence generation and dissemination needs.
Eligibility Criteria for this Evidence Synthesis Job:
- Education: Advanced degree in medicine
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) for the pharmaceutical industry, CRO consultancy or academia
- Languages: Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
