Role Expectations:
In this role, the Clinical Liaison Specialist will:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual clinical plans and sales targets for India by partnering with the sales team to provide intensive clinical support to customers.
- Work with assigned accounts and teams within Align Technology (India), directing, motivating, and developing clinical plans, targets, and strategies while assisting dental professionals with case assessments and troubleshooting.
- Provide appropriate reporting to the Clinical Support Manager, including customer feedback on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to foster a high-performance team environment in India.
- Deliver product and clinical training to assigned accounts and provide coaching to team members and external customers.
- Build strong ethical business relationships with customers to enhance product usage and market share.
- Stay informed about competitors and report market intelligence to the India Marketing Manager.
- Coordinate clinical-related sales and marketing programs in this Non-Clinical Job.
Qualifications Required for the Dental Job:
In this role, candidates will need the following qualifications:
- Doctorate in Dental Surgery or Bachelor of Dental Surgery.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience in training dentists or orthodontists.
- Proficiency in English.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
