Non-Clinical Job Description:
The Medical Manager for Rare Diseases will execute the medical and scientific strategy for the SE Asia & India portfolio in close collaboration with other functional teams. This role is vital in enhancing rare disease diagnosis and patient identification across India. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to support the strategic deployment of digital health technologies and optimize laboratory initiatives, ensuring compliance with local and global policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the strategic development and execution of enhanced initiatives for rare diseases.
- Support the deployment of digital diagnostic platforms across Centers of Excellence (COEs).
- Lead the global humanitarian program in India, ensuring support for patients.
- Engage with key external experts to enhance understanding of the scientific and medical value of Sanofi’s products.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders while adhering to compliance requirements in the Non-Clinical Job in Mumbai.
- Drive collaborative relationships with commercial and cross-functional teams at Sanofi Careers.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies for Rare Blood Disorder products.
- Lead external advisory boards focused on Rare Blood Disorder products.
Eligibility Criteria for the Non-Clinical Job:
- Doctoral degree in a scientific discipline (M.D, Pharmacology, MBBS).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of therapeutic areas.
