The Medical Writer Job at Sandoz is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in medical writing, analytical research, and Medical Affairs. As a Medical Affairs Analyst & Writer, you will support the Early Program Biosimilar Pipeline by developing scientific content, conducting evidence reviews, and preparing analytical outputs for global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Support medical writing, desk research, and analytical projects aligned with business objectives.
- Gather, review, and analyse scientific and medical literature.
- Develop evidence summaries, scientific reports, presentations, and content materials.
- Prepare molecule overviews and competitive intelligence reports for biosimilar programmes.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Utilise databases, analytical platforms, and AI-enabled tools responsibly.
- Maintain high-quality documentation while ensuring confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives across Medical Affairs.
Eligibility Requirements for this Medical Writer Job:
- Advanced degree or equivalent qualification in healthcare, medicine, or related field preferred, with 5–8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Experience in analytical writing, medical writing support, desk research, competitive intelligence support, and/or related Medical Affairs support models.
- Good understanding of information gathering, content synthesis, scientific/analytical writing, and structured output development.
- Exposure to diverse medical and scientific domains, ideally including biosimilars, oncology, immunology, or related therapeutic areas.
- Artificial Intelligence savvy, with a high awareness of its limitations and confidentiality requirements of pipeline work.
- Experience working in a cross-functional and global environment.
