Job Description:
The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) will play a vital role in the Medical Services department, reporting to the Branch Manager or Medical Director. The RMO will be responsible for managing patient care during morning, evening, and night shifts, ensuring all medical protocols are followed meticulously. This position is crucial for maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct morning rounds and take over from night residents, assessing patient conditions and managing new admissions.
- Prepare files and patients for surgery, ensuring all necessary histories and examinations are completed in the MBBS Jobs in Mumbai.
- Manage patient discharges and complete discharge summaries.
- Coordinate with consultants regarding patient conditions and unusual test results.
