Job Description:
As the Senior Manager of CMU-BLR Medical Data Review, the successful candidate will oversee the medical monitoring aspects of clinical trials while leading a team of professionals. This role involves ensuring data integrity, patient safety, and regulatory compliance through a quality-by-design approach, while also driving strategic initiatives and continuous improvement within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving and overseeing clinical trial medical monitoring planning and execution in line with RBQM principles, GCP and SOPs.
- Leading, coaching, and developing the team by setting clear competency and behavioral expectations.
- Managing line budgets and allocating resources across trials and projects.
- Representing RBQM and Medical Monitoring in cross-functional forums and working groups.
- Building strong collaboration with stakeholders across R&D and external partners.
- Driving strategic initiatives and continuous improvement in clinical data oversight.
- Ensuring audit and inspection readiness at all times.
Eligibility Criteria for this Clinical Research Job:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- An MD degree in medicine or similar, supported by equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of management experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth understanding of the global drug development value chain and GxP requirements.
