Job Description:
The Medical Affairs Manager will be responsible for devising strategies and planning for the launch of new indications/products, engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and driving medical education. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance scientific dialogue and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Devise strategies and planning for the launch of new indication/products including KOL engagement and medical education.
- Liaise with professional associations and KOLs to build and drive scientific advocacy for the product/therapy area in the Medical Affairs Jobs in Mumbai.
- Drive medical education and scientific dialogue for products and therapy areas in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop marketing strategies.
- Analyse products and product pipeline at Zydus Careers.
- Support sales force trainings, present science news, activity plans, etc.
- Provide refresher training to sales/marketing through ongoing training initiatives.
- Ability to present scientific content at academic meets like CMEs, conferences, advisory boards, etc.
Eligibility Criteria for the Medical Affairs Jobs:
- Fresher – MBBS / MD in Pharmacology / Medicine.
- MD in Pharmacology/Medicine with 0 – 2+ years of experience in a medico-marketing role.
- MBBS with 1+ years of experience in medico-marketing.
