Job Details:
- Position: Medical Officer
- Location: Sompeta, Andhra Pradesh, India
- Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient consultations and record detailed medical histories.
- Monitor patient progress following OT procedures in accordance with established protocols.
- Assist in scan room procedures and clinical activities.
- Prepare accurate discharge summaries.
- Maintain clear, complete, and up-to-date medical records.
- Update and manage patient information in the ARTis system.
- Counsel patients on fertility treatment options and provide ongoing emotional support.
- Provide financial counselling in the absence of a counsellor or during high patient volume days, including for SA (Semen Analysis) and DFI (DNA Fragmentation Index).
- Support and participate in outreach camps (ORCs) in the Medical Officer Jobs.
- Ensure strict adherence to protocols set by the Clinical Head/Consultant.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Assist the Clinical Head in clinical and administrative duties at Oasis Fertility.
- Maintain patient safety, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
- Be available for Sunday in-house camps (compensatory off provided).
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in fertility treatments.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Travel to different organizational locations as required.
Eligibility Criteria for the Medical Officer Jobs:
- Mandatory Qualification: MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) (Mandatory).
- Experience: 0–5 years of relevant clinical or hospital experience.
- Strong communication and patient counselling skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
