Position Summary:
To execute and implement Clinical Strategies for MDS in the respective regions/territory in line with the market requirements and the country business plan to create a clinically differentiated market position.
Key Responsibilities of the Medical Affairs Job:
- Conduct Clinical Marketing Education Programs, Seminars, Promotional Events, and In-service Programs in the respective region to improve BD MDS value proposition amongst both clinical and economic buyers.
- Build clinical capability through training and evaluation amongst regional MDS direct selling organisation and channel partners.
- Create and implement the regional calendar of engagements with potential/existing customers to create strong brand awareness in the Medical Affairs Job.
- Support the sales organisation with product evaluations, clinical audits in hospitals, and setting protocols at BD Careers.
- Manage key customer relationships and create a regional KOL network to ensure usage of BD MDS products.
- Coordinate the timely completion of clinical/economic studies initiated in the region.
- Conduct Induction Training Programs and provide clinical updates and product refreshers.
Eligibility Criteria for the Medical Affairs Job:
- Qualification: MBBS & MBA (Preferable)
- Experience: 3-5 Years of Experience in the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare Industry
