Essential Qualifications for the Medical Research Job:
- MBBS / BVSc / BDS with three years’ post-qualification experience; OR
- MBBS / BVSc / BDS + Post Graduate Degree (MD/MVSc./MDS/MPH) or any equivalent degree, including integrated PG degrees; OR
- MBBS / BVSc / BDS with PhD.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience for the Medical Research Job:
- Prior exposure in Health Research.
- Experience with real-time data management.
- Knowledge of ICMR-GCP / institutional ethics requirements.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with investigators.
Responsibilities:
- Overall site coordination and supervision of project activities.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Implement and monitor Quality Assurance measures across project activities.
- Prepare and submit timely reports to the Central ICMR.
- Oversee IR (Institutional Review) frameworks, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure proper preparation, maintenance, and management of project documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective project implementation.
General Conditions for the Medical Research Job:
- Upper age relaxation: SC/ST – up to 5 years; OBC – up to 3 years.
- Engagement is purely temporary under the project.
- The selected candidate will have no claim for regular appointment at AIIMS.
- No TA/DA will be provided.
- Salary will be as per ICMR rules.
- Late, delayed, incomplete, or unsigned applications will not be considered.
- Initial recruitment is for 3 months only. It may be extended for the duration of the project (6 months extension) based on satisfactory performance.
- Candidates who fail to bring original certificates at the time of joining will not be allowed to join the selected post.
