Job Description:
The Medical Data Reviewer will provide expert medical oversight of clinical trial data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and patient safety. This role involves supporting complex programs, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to the development of robust medical review practices. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Medical Lead and Clinical Research Scientist to coordinate the medical data review process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Medical Lead and Clinical Research Scientist to set up and coordinate the medical data review process.
- Conduct medical reviews of data in compliance with GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements in the Non-Clinical Job.
- Ensure comprehensive medical data across different studies and projects.
- Raise queries to sites and follow them until resolution.
- Document medical reviews according to the Medical Data Review Plan.
- Support the development and monitoring of the data review strategy.
- Assist in writing patient narratives or uploading essential documents related to tasks.
Eligibility Criteria for the Medical Data Reviewer Job:
- More than 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research organization.
- Fundamental knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical trial design.
- Proven analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills – verbal, written, and listening.
- Degree in a medical profession or life sciences is required; PhD, MBBS, BDS, MD strongly preferable.
