Eligibility Criteria for the Senior Resident Job:
- Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in concerned speciality from a recognised
university, registered with Delhi Medical Council or Medical Council of India are
eligible for the post of Senior Resident under Residency Scheme. - However, if Post Graduate or Diploma doctors are not available, MBBS doctors
without PG degree with two years of experience, out of which 1 year of
experience in the concerned Speciality from Government hospital /Private
hospital, (NOT A PRIVATE CLINIC) may be appointed for 01 Year, as Senior
Resident on contract basis. - In accordance with the latest guidelines of the National Medical Commission
(NMC/MCI). In case of non-availability of Super-Speciality Senior Residents
(MCh/DM) for Super-Speciality departments, the Senior Residents from the
concerned parent Broad Specialities will be considered.
Note:
- If no suitable candidate is available against the post advertised, then any
other candidate,e if present, may be considered for Senior Resident irrespective of
category, for short-term engagement.The - OBC Certificate should be in the prescribed form as per the Govt. of India instructions and should certify that the candidate does not belong to any of the creamy layers.
- Reservation for PWD candidates is as per rule. Emoluments for SR(Under Residency Scheme): Rs. 67,700/- as per level -11 of the 7 th CPC matrix + other allowances per month as per rules applicable. (An amount of Rs. 1350/- to be deducted if the SRs possess only a diploma).
- Emoluments for Non-PG SR one-year contract: Total Consolidated Pay of Rs. 1,50,294/- as per rule.
