Medical Physician Job Description:

The General Medicine Physician at Sukino Continuum Care will provide comprehensive primary and family-focused medical care to patients with chronic and acute conditions, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting clinical assessments, diagnosing and treating common medical conditions, prescribing and monitoring medication, and coordinating referrals to specialists when needed.
Collaborating with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to design and review care plans, oversee clinical protocols, and participate in case discussions.
Educating patients and families on disease management, preventive health, and lifestyle modifications.
Supporting training and mentorship of clinical staff as a Sukino Continuum Care physician.

Eligibility Criteria for Medical Physician Job:

Recognised medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with valid registration from the appropriate medical council.
Preferred experience in chronic disease management, rehabilitation, or continuum care settings.

Required Skills for Medical Physician Job:

Strong clinical proficiency in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage a broad range of general medical conditions.
Experience or interest in Family Medicine, providing longitudinal care to individuals across different age groups.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Nursing teams and other allied health professionals in a multidisciplinary care environment.
