Description: Professional Education Lead, SEA Surgery
Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Professional Education SEA within our MedTech SEA Surgery organization. This Regional Manager role can be based in any of the SEA Markets (Thailand, Malaysia) and will be part of the SEA Ethicon Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build capabilities to drive MIS acceleration
- Tie up with centers of excellence
- Identify areas of growth and profit
- Local evidence generation
- New technology training and organizing roadshows
Qualifications:
Education: A minimum bachelor’s degree is required; MBBS or advanced degree preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- 8-10 years of relevant business experience in Professional Education, Marketing, General Management, or a related field
- Deep interest in science and surgery business
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred:
- Doctor (MBBS) and healthcare industry experience is preferred
- Strategic mindset and leadership qualities
