Job Overview:
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Medical Advisor to join its Immunology Medical Team in Mumbai, India. The role involves leading immunology portfolio strategies, engaging with key stakeholders, developing innovative medical plans, and mentoring MSLs.
In this role, you will also facilitate pipeline product introduction and in-market registered product access by developing scientific relationships with external stakeholders such as key opinion leaders, prescribers, nurses, allied health professionals, patients, and special interest groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute robust Medical Affairs strategies for the immunology portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align medical and business objectives.
- Lead and guide the development of educational and promotional materials.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and scientific bodies.
- Manage data generation plans, addressing data gaps, and ensuring safety reviews.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and industry standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Medical Degree (MBBS/MD) with a passion for immunology.
- 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of clinical research, medical affairs, and local regulatory policies.
- Additional public health/business management degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder engagement.
