- The Medical Council of India should recognize the candidate’s qualification. Certificates to this effect may be enclosed along with the application.
- The date, month, and year of passing the degree, and details of experience must be given clearly to assess the experience requirement.
- The total experience as of the last date for receipt of the notification will be taken into account and must be clearly indicated.
- True copies shall support the qualifications, age, and experience.
- Candidates who have not fulfilled the requirements will have their applications summarily rejected.
- Candidates who are already employed (Government / Any Institute) should forward their applications through the proper channel; failing which, they shall not be permitted to appear for the interview.
- Details of the Research Work / Publication (in annotated form), indicating index / non-index, along with attested copies and the best five research works, along with citations supported by relevant documents, must also be furnished. Any other relevant outstanding National / International achievements in the profession, supported by documents, if any, must also be supplied.
- The decision of the institute on the eligibility of the candidates shall be final, and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
