As the Training and Education Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive training programs for Straumann employees and dental professionals. This includes developing blended learning modules, conducting workshops, and collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to deliver impactful lectures and educational events. The role demands strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to translate complex clinical knowledge into accessible learning experiences.
Training Jobs- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic online and offline training sessions for Straumann employees and new hires.
- Deliver implant and biomaterials training programs to customers and potential clients.
- Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote Straumann products.
- Coordinate and manage educational events, lectures, and workshops in partnership with marketing and sales teams.
- Develop partnerships with dental colleges, universities, and professional associations for training initiatives.
- Lead brand-driven educational campaigns and ensure consistent communication of Straumann’s value proposition.
