Dialysis Technician Jobs- Role:
The Dialysis Technician at NephroPlus plays a vital role in ensuring safe, high-quality dialysis services. The position involves conducting hemodialysis procedures, monitoring patients throughout treatment, and maintaining dialysis equipment according to standard protocols. The technician works closely with nephrologists and nurses to ensure patient comfort, safety, and adherence to medical standards during every session.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform dialysis and hemodialysis procedures as per prescribed medical protocols.
- Prepare and maintain dialysis machines, ensuring cleanliness, calibration, and functionality.
- Monitor patient vitals before, during, and after treatment to ensure stability and safety.
- Provide compassionate patient care and emotional support during procedures.
- Maintain treatment records, consumable logs, and follow infection control measures.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow technicians for efficient clinical operations.
Qualifications
- Certification or formal training as a dialysis technician (preferred).
