Key Responsibilities
Deliver Results
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual clinical and sales targets for India.
- Partner with the sales team to support customers needing intensive clinical guidance.
- Assist assigned accounts with clinical plans, case assessments, ClinCheck usage, and aligner troubleshooting.
- Review the first five ClinChecks of newly trained doctors and support case management.
- Report weekly and monthly updates to the Clinical Support Manager, India.
- Collaborate with team members to drive a high-performance culture within Align Technology careers in India.
Drive the Best Outcomes
- Conduct product and clinical training for assigned accounts, distributors, and internal teams.
- Offer field coaching and ongoing education for the sales and marketing teams.
- Build strong ethical relationships with dental professionals to increase product adoption and market share.
- Stay informed about competitor activity and provide feedback to the India Marketing Manager.
- Organize mentorship and smile programs and gather product quality feedback.
- Be open to frequent travel to engage with customers and partners.
Lock in Key Relationships
- Engage certified and non-certified doctors to grow the Invisalign provider network.
- Manage clinical events, speaker coordination, and educational initiatives in Hyderabad and across India.
- Handle pre-event and post-event reporting and feedback to enhance clinical programs.
