Desired Qualifications
- MBBS, MD in clinical pharmacology or relevant discipline
- 2–5 years of experience supporting and managing NCE/NBE clinical development programs
- Clinical development experience in pharma or CRO
- Experience in oncology, immune-inflammation, or immune-oncology
- Experience as a clinical development leader and medical monitor in IND, Ph1 & Ph2/PoC
- Cell & Gene Therapy exposure desirable
- Ability to integrate translational research, clinical pharmacology & PK
- Strong understanding of regulatory expectations in early clinical development
- Experience interfacing with regulatory authorities
- Prior authorship of clinical development plans, protocols, IBs, submissions
- Experience in trial budgeting, vendor selection & project management
- Leadership capabilities within matrix environments

Medical Job – Key Responsibilities
- Participate as the clinical program leader on project teams
- Develop expertise in disease areas, standard-of-care insights & global practice patterns
- Serve as clinical lead for Cell & Gene Therapy products
- Support indication selection and clinical development planning
- Develop detailed clinical development plans and regulatory strategies
- Collaborate with regulatory, preclinical, DMPK, toxicology, CMC & translational teams
- Draft and finalize IND, IMPD, TPP, protocols, IBs & regulatory responses
- Assess and select clinical trial vendors across geographies
- Develop and track clinical trial budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for clinical trial logistics, monitoring & reporting
- Participate in dose escalation, safety monitoring & AE-related decisions
- Identify clinical experts, advisory board members & consultants
