Clinical Research Jobs: About the Program / CDSA
The Clinical Development Services Agency (CDSA), a specialized center of THSTI, enables cost-effective and high-quality preclinical and clinical product development for public health needs. It provides end-to-end support for clinical trials, including study planning, project management, monitoring, data management, safety reporting, and regulatory compliance.
CDSA’s mandate includes:
- Strengthening clinical research capacity in India through training and ecosystem development
- Supporting public health agencies, SMEs, and innovators to translate technologies into medical solutions
- Providing regulatory science support for researchers, policymakers, and industry

Emoluments: ₹42,000 + HRA

2. Principal Project Associate
Project: INDIGO – Effective & Affordable Flu Vaccine for the World

Emoluments: ₹49,000 + HRA

Location: CMC Vellore
3. Senior Clinical Research Associate
Project: Immediate Kangaroo Mother Care (iKMC) Trial – Chhattisgarh
Vacancies: 03
Emoluments: ₹75,000 per month
Age limit: 40 years
Location: AIIMS Raipur + travel to 10 district hospitals
Minimum Qualifications (Position-wise)
Senior Project Associate
- Graduate degree with 2+ years’ clinical research experience OR
- Professional medical degree (MBBS/BDS) + 1 year experience OR
- Postgraduate/PhD + 1 year experience
- GCP certification is mandatory
Principal Project Associate
- Bachelor’s in medical sciences + 3 years’ clinical trial monitoring experience OR
- Master’s/diploma in public health + 2 years’ trial monitoring experience OR
- Medical degree (MBBS/BDS) + 2 years’ experience
Senior Clinical Research Associate
- Bachelor’s degree + 3 years’ clinical research experience OR
- Master’s/diploma + 2 years’ experience OR
- Medical degree with 2 years’ experience
