Pfizer Careersโ€”Qualifications:

  • Doctoral/advanced scientific degree (MBBS/MD).

  • Minimum 3 years of experience developing medical content in pharma, biotech, CRO, or academic settings.

Role:

The Manager โ€“ Medical Communications & Content Solutions (MCCS) plays a key role in shaping high-quality scientific and medical content across therapeutic areas. The role collaborates cross-functionally with medical affairs, publications, congress teams, digital channels, and AI-driven content groups to ensure the development of accurate, compliant, and impactful medical deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop medical affairs content, including abstracts, manuscripts, posters, presentations, graphical abstracts, SLRs, PLS, slide decks, educational material, social media content, infographics, videos, and multimedia assets.
  • Research, organize, interpret, and draft scientific content for straightforward projects with internal review guidance.
  • Collaborate, with support from senior colleagues, with cross-functional teams such as medical communications, publication committees, congress teams, digital content partners, and generative AI groups.
  • Provide solutions to authors and coordinate with graphics, compliance, statistics, and GenAI teams to execute deliverables.
  • Perform accuracy checks and data QC to ensure scientific correctness and objective representation.
  • Maintain proficiency in tools, workflows, and emerging generative AI platforms used in medical content development.
  • Track project progress and troubleshoot issues in coordination with team leads.
  • Stay updated with evolving best practices in medical content creation and ensure continuous process improvement.
  • Train and acquire expertise in advanced tools and share knowledge with the broader MCCS team.
