- Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

MLT Job Qualification:
- B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a clinical or research laboratory
Role:
The medical technician will support the technical and operational activities of research studies, including longitudinal, observational, interventional, and cohort studies and randomized controlled trials. The role involves working with biological samples, medical devices, diagnostic equipment, and quality control systems to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and process biological samples such as blood, urine, saliva, and stool
- Manage installation, setup, and configuration of complex laboratory equipment
- Perform diagnostic tests and procedures using medical instruments
- Ensure compliance with clinical safety standards and regulatory guidelines
- Conduct preventive maintenance and regular equipment inspections
- Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot technical issues
- Prepare technical reports, logs, and equipment maintenance schedules
- Supervise routine technical activities to ensure operational efficiency
- Stay updated with technological advancements and suggest necessary upgrades
