  • Project Title: Experimental Validation of Natural Products from Selected Medicinal Plants of North-East Region as Ectoparasiticides.
  • Duration: 03 years or till the completion of the project.
  • Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 35,000/- + 9% HRA for candidates qualifying through national-level examinations (NET/lectureship or equivalent). or Rs. 28,000/- + 9% HRA for other eligible candidates.

  • 2 yearsโ€™ experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organisations and Scientific activities and services

Job Description

This project associate job at BRIC involves conducting specialized research on natural products derived from medicinal plants. Selected candidates will support laboratory experiments, scientific activities, and project-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out research experiments aligned with the DBT-funded project at BRIC.
  • Conduct laboratory procedures, data analysis, and experimental documentation for this project associate job.
  • Perform scientific activities related to phytochemicals and biological research work.
  • Contribute to ongoing research in a structured, professional medical job environment.
  • Assist in preparing technical reports, publications, and project updates.
  • Coordinate with research teams at BRIC and the Sikkim Centre.
