About the Role:
As an orthodontist at Illusion Dental Laboratory, you will be responsible for managing aligner treatment planning, providing expert guidance to patients, and ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes. You will collaborate closely with leading orthodontists and the clinical team across Mumbai and Pan India. This role blends clinical expertise with technology-driven dental solutions, offering exposure to advanced aligner software, case diagnosis, tele-consultations, and treatment strategy formulation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with top orthodontists across Mumbai and Pan India.
- Lead aligner treatment planning, troubleshooting, and execution.
- Conduct case diagnosis and tele-consultations regarding aligners.
- Formulate multiple treatment scenarios in consultation with senior doctors.
- Work with aligner planning software to ensure precise treatment outcomes.
- Coordinate with the communication team for smooth clinical workflow.
- Mentor junior staff and ensure clinical quality and consistency.
