Job Description:
The Senior Manager – Medical Services will oversee the occupational health management program within Adani Power. This role involves developing and implementing health care plans tailored to employee needs, conducting medical surveillance, and managing the plant’s medical facilities. The position requires prompt response to medical emergencies and coordination with external medical services as necessary. Additionally, the Senior Manager will prepare reports on medical activities and collaborate with external healthcare providers for referrals and advanced care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Occupational Health Care Plans.
- Conduct continual medical surveillance of employees.
- Manage and operate the plant’s medical facilities.
- Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate external services.
- Prepare reports on medical activities and health statistics.
- Create wellness awareness plans for employees and their families.
- Conduct health assessments and monitor chronic conditions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Eligibility Criteria for this Senior Healthcare Job:
- MBBS degree from a recognised medical institution.
- CIH/AFIH/DIH Certification preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in occupational health management.
- Experience in the power generation or heavy industries is advantageous.
