Bayer Medical Science Liaison Jobs for MD/MDS/PhD candidates
Introduction:
Bayer is seeking a passionate and dedicated Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to act as a scientific expert between Bayer and the medical community. The MSL will play a crucial role in co-creating medical strategies, disseminating scientific data, and collaborating with key stakeholders within the organization. This role is based out of Kolkata, India, and offers a flexible hybrid working environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Exchange and dissemination of scientific, educational, and research related information: The MSL plans and engages with Thought Leaders to provide scientific data and education.
- TL Identification, profiling, segmentation, and engagement planning: Contributes to understanding TL interests and impact in the medical community.
- Coordination of Scientific Education Activities and Advisory Boards: Plans and organizes scientific events with TLs.
- Preparing reports and tracking activities: Submits timely reports and tracks activities against objectives.
- Support evidence generation activities: Facilitates investigator interactions and supports research activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacology, dental sciences, or medicine.
- Advanced degree in science-related field e.g. MD, MDS, PhD preferre
- 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as an MSL preferred.
- Possess basic knowledge of Therapy Area (Retinal disorders).
- Track record of successfully dealing with stakeholders and leading projects.
- Experience using digital technology for communication and data analysis.
