Job Description
This clinical job involves managing and implementing all regional clinical activities in the designated region. The Clinical Specialist will play a key role in driving clinical engagement strategies, supporting medical education, and aligning with sales and marketing teams to achieve business and healthcare goals.
A key aspect of this clinical job is developing and executing regional clinical engagement strategies. This includes identifying clinical gaps, designing activation plans, and ensuring the successful delivery of educational initiatives. The specialist is also responsible for building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), advisory boards, and healthcare stakeholders, which helps in strengthening the company’s clinical presence in the region.
Qualifications
- MBBS or BDS qualification
- Proven knowledge of wound care or surgical products
- Experience in a similar medical or clinical affairs role
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of analyzing scientific data and publications
- Excellent communication, content creation, and presentation skills
- Commercial mindset to align clinical and business strategies
- Proficiency in English
- Willingness and ability to travel
Key Responsibilities
- Create and drive regional clinical engagement strategy, including clinical activation plans
