Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clinical evaluations within technical documentation as per European MDR requirements
- Prepare deficiency reports for non-conformities identified during assessments in this Cardiac Surgery Clinician Job
- Provide internal clinical expertise and collaborate with multidisciplinary departments
- Deliver high-quality and reliable services within assigned timelines at TÜV SÜD Careers
- Support clinical audits of medical device manufacturers remotely or onsite
- Participate in scientific literature reviews and medical documentation evaluations
- Contribute to clinical evaluation processes for medical devices
Educational Requirements for this Cardiac Surgery Clinician Job:
- Medical degree with a physician qualification
- A valid medical license is not mandatory
- Minimum four years of clinical practice in Cardiac Surgery or related healthcare sectors
- Minimum two years of experience in:
- Medical device testing or evaluation
- Clinical studies/investigations
- Clinical evaluation of medical devices
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of European Medical Device Regulation (MDR)
- Understanding of medical device regulatory processes
- Experience in medical writing and scientific literature review
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- German language skills are an added advantage
- Ability to work in international and multicultural teams
