Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution

- Align country medical activities with worldwide (WW) strategies
- Implement therapy area (TA) strategies in line with global medical plans
- Plan and execute high-quality medical education activities in CV therapy
Clinical & Scientific Contribution
-
- Ensure clinical trials in India meet time, quality, and cost standards
- Provide scientific expertise and mentor medical team members
- Drive medico-marketing activities in collaboration with marketing teams
Collaboration & Leadership
-
- Work closely with Country Medical Director, FMSM, and MSL teams
- Maintain regional alignment with Intercon Operations Leads
- Promote performance, innovation, and ethical practices
Compliance & Training
-
- Ensure adherence to BMS policies and compliance standards
- Support continuous scientific training for MSLs, Sales, and Marketing teams
Educational Requirements for this Job:
- MD or equivalent Medical Qualification
- Cardiovascular (CV) experience/certification preferred
- Minimum 4–5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- Strong experience in cardiovascular therapy area (preferably innovator medicines)
