Core Purpose Of The Role
Screening and maintaining complete data of volunteers, general physical examination of volunteers, reviewing test results, enrolling eligible volunteers, monitoring subjects, assessing screen failure reasons, counseling volunteers, performing vitals, following study procedures, and more.
Role Accountabilities
Maintaining the ICU, communication with hospitals, managing database software, obtaining informed consent, coordinating study activities, and carrying out other responsibilities assigned by the Head Human Pharmacology Unit.
Leadership Capabilities
Supervising ambulance maintenance, ensuring stock of emergency medicines, championing EHSS practices, fostering corporate culture, and promoting Syngene values of excellence, integrity, and professionalism.
Specific Requirements
Experience: 3-5 years
Education: MBBS
Required Skills: Maintenance of ICU, informed consent, coordination with investigators
