Job Description:
The Manager – Medical Science will play a vital role in overseeing medical monitoring activities, which include eligibility assessments based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, detailed medical history reviews, and safety investigations. This position is crucial for those looking to establish a career in clinical trials, specifically tailored for individuals interested in a clinical trial job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct medical monitoring activities, including eligibility assessments and safety investigations.
- Prepare study documents such as synopsis, protocol, and Clinical Study Reports (CSR).
- Collaborate with clinicians and key opinion leaders (KOL) to finalize clinical trial designs.
- Review patient eligibility and approve patients through the Interactive Response Technology (IRT) system.
- Work with the data management team to ensure timely data extraction and database lock.
- Train the study team on protocol and its application to clarify the relevance of activities.
- Interact with investigators to resolve queries related to the protocol.
