Job Description:
This MSL Job within the Medical Affairs Group is a field-based role focused on therapeutic area strategy and scientific engagement. The Medical Science Liaison collaborates closely with urologists, oncologists, and cross-functional partners to shape impactful medical initiatives that advance patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
- MD
- Minimum 1 year of MSL experience or at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
- Demonstrated experience working with or engaging urologists and/or oncologists.
- Strong confidence navigating fast-paced, procedure-heavy urology environments.
- Proven ability to develop or contribute to medical affairs strategies, medical plans, and scientific initiatives.
- Excellent scientific communication skills with the ability to articulate insights clearly to diverse internal and external audiences.
- Strong business awareness with urgency in identifying medical opportunities and supporting brand strategy.
- Independent, dedicated, and highly collaborative with strong planning, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted scientific expert, engaging in peer-to-peer medical discussions with key specialists, including urologists, oncologists, and other healthcare partners.
- Lead effective insight gathering to shape medical affairs strategy, identifying clinical, educational, and scientific gaps across the therapeutic area.
- Build and implement medical affairs plans in collaboration with cross-functional partners including marketing, market access, and medical education teams.
- Deliver high-quality scientific content through medical education activities, advisory boards, CME events, and evidence-based presentations.
- Support the review, approval, and development of promotional materials, scientific resources, and internal training content.
- Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to strengthen scientific exchange and enhance therapy area leadership.
- Contribute to data-generation activities, including IIS assessment, clinical study support, protocol review, and partnership with global/regional medical teams.
- Ensure full compliance with internal SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and health care compliance standards in all scientific interactions and activities.
