Qualifications Required

About the Role
The Regional Medical Advisor – Hyderabad serves as the scientific expert and the primary medical interface between Novo Nordisk and healthcare professionals in the region. The RMA ensures that global and national medical strategies are translated into effective, impactful, and compliant local scientific activities. This role involves strategic scientific exchange, data communication, medical education, and cross-functional collaboration to support portfolio success and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Medical Strategy & Execution
- Implement regional medical plans aligned with the national Medical Affairs strategy.
- Translate strategic goals into measurable activities with clear timelines.
Scientific Engagement
- Build, strengthen, and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, endocrinologists, diabetologists, and other HCPs.
- Conduct scientific discussions and facilitate evidence-based exchanges.
Clinical Insights & Communication
- Attend scientific meetings, CMEs, and conferences to gather clinical insights.
- Communicate field intelligence to cross-functional teams for strategic decision-making.
Brand & Commercial Support
- Provide scientific inputs to commercial teams to support brand positioning and promotional planning.
- Anticipate therapy trends and recommend strategic actions.
Medical Education & Training
- Deliver scientific and product-related training to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of educational content and programs.
Scientific Advisory & Compliance
- Offer medical support on clinical data, regulatory guidelines, and therapeutic positioning.
