Qualifications
- Background in the healthcare field
- Proven experience supporting patient recruitment for Phase 2/3 clinical trials
- Demonstrated experience in hematology and/or rare diseases; experience in Myelofibrosis or other rare hematologic malignancies
- Strong understanding of site-based patient identification and recruitment methodologies in India
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with investigators and site teams
- Ability to travel to sites located all over the country; living near an airport is desirable
Job Description
TFS HealthScience is currently looking for a freelance professional, Clinical Trial Liaison with a focus on boosting recruitment, to support patient identification and site engagement. This is a time-critical, hands-on role, focused exclusively on boosting patient recruitment and enrollment within a defined, short enrollment window. This is a short-term freelance assignment of 4–6 months, full-time, dedicated to this project, making it a suitable healthcare job for experienced professionals seeking short-term clinical job assignments within healthcare careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a clinical trial liaison to investigational sites, supporting rapid identification and referral of eligible patients.
- Drive site-level recruitment acceleration strategies, working closely with investigators, study coordinators, and site staff.
- Support patient finding activities through site-based engagement, medical community outreach, and data-driven approaches where applicable.
- Provide education and ongoing communication to sites on eligibility criteria, enrollment processes, and recruitment barriers.
- Identify and proactively address enrollment challenges, escalating risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates and insights to the sponsor and TFS study team.
