Essential Qualification:
BAMS, BSMS, MD in AYUSH with at least 55% marks and 3 years of post-qualification experience in the related field.
Desirable Qualification/Experience:
- Experience in content creation and communications in public health sectors.
- Strong writing, editing, graphic design, and video editing skills.
- Post-qualification experience working with government, international development agencies, or private organizations.
- Knowledge of graphic designing platforms and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Content Coordinator – Communications & Social Media:
- Planning, creation, and execution of all communications content and social media outputs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide strategic support and conduct quality checks on all content to maintain high standards and consistency in the government job.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate content approvals and ensure timely dissemination across channels in the ICMR-NIRWoH Recruitment.
- Conceptualize and develop comprehensive social media campaigns, including strategies for key observances and organizational initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to draft, refine, and adapt content for dissemination.

Video Shooting & Editing:
- Design graphics, shoot, edit, and produce videos to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Develop and review graphic and video content to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and branding guidelines.
- Create content for infographics, visual storytelling, and video narratives to effectively communicate key messages and enhance engagement.
- Develop reusable templates and visual assets for campaigns, reports, and other recurring organizational needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of creative outputs, prioritizing alignment with the organization’s objectives and deadlines.
