Internship Opportunity at PATH: Qualifications
- Graduate student or undergraduate degree in public health or related fields
- Strong interest in digital health, artificial intelligence, medical technology, or health systems
- Prior internship or experience in public health, healthcare, research, or technology is desirable but not mandatory
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
About the Role
The Intern – Technology Innovation, Digital Health, AI, and MedTech will support the South Asia Program in advancing technology-enabled healthcare solutions. The role focuses on research, project coordination, evidence generation, and field-level learning related to digital health, AI, and MedTech initiatives across South Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Support desk research on emerging health technologies and global innovations relevant to South Asia
- Assist in the design and implementation of digital health, AI, and MedTech solutions
- Coordinate documentation and activities for state-level, national, and regional demonstration projects
- Support evidence generation through field visits, interviews, and data collection
- Assist in progress tracking and communication with state and regional teams
- Help prepare briefs, presentations, and recommendations for donors, innovators, government partners, and internal stakeholders
- Support assessments of health technologies and innovations under ongoing projects
- Provide programmatic and administrative support to the Digital, AI, and MedTech vertical
