Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage OHC Independently: Provide healthcare and clinical services to all employees.
- Occupational Health Center Management: Handle staffing, vendor management, documentation, and ambulance services.
- Hospital Case Management: Maintain strong networks with hospitals and doctors for effective case handling.
- Compliance with Regulations: Ensure adherence to statutory, legal, and audit compliances, including knowledge of the Factories Act and risk assessments.
- Incident Management: Take charge of incident response and follow-up.
- Health Checks & Trainings: Conduct pre-employment and periodic health checks, along with health and safety training.
- Disease Outbreak Management: Provide consultation, manage hospitalization, and implement preventive measures.
- Vaccination Drives & Health Initiatives: Organize vaccination programs and other well-being initiatives as required.
- Policy Implementation: Follow medical service guidelines as directed by the Country Occupational Health Advisor.
- Ergonomics & Industrial Hygiene: Conduct assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
- Uphold Safety & Integrity: Demonstrate ethical behavior and care for colleagues and business operations.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: MBBS degree preferred.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience, preferably in large corporates or manufacturing industries.
- Certification: AFIH/DIH certification is mandatory.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in local language and proficient in spoken and written English.
- Computer Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office and related tools.
