The Fertility Consultant at Oasis Fertility, Berhampur, will play a pivotal role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with fertility challenges. This position requires a clinician who combines strong medical expertise with empathy and precision. The consultant will oversee assisted reproductive procedures, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to ethical and clinical best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive fertility assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Perform and supervise ART procedures including IVF, IUI, and related fertility interventions.
- Collaborate with embryologists, andrologists, and nursing teams to deliver holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and ethical standards.
- Provide empathetic counseling and continuous guidance to patients throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
- Specialization: Fellowship or MCh in Reproductive Medicine/ART (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in fertility or ART practice.
