Qualifications:
Educational Requirements
- MBBS with a full-time postgraduate qualification (minimum 2 years), OR

Job Description for a Medical Advisor:
This Regional medical advisor role positions you as the primary scientific representative of Dr. Reddy’s. You will interact with thought leaders, physicians, and key healthcare stakeholders within the assigned geography. The position requires ongoing medical engagement, scientific exchange, strategic planning, medical education, and evidence-generation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Thought Leader Engagement
- Identify, map, and maintain profiles of key thought leaders across therapeutic areas.
- Engage specialists, hospital managers, pharmacists, and scientific societies as a trusted medical advisor.
- Conduct proactive and reactive scientific discussions, addressing product data and disease insights.
Medical Affairs Strategy & Implementation
- Execute medical education, evidence-generation projects, advisory boards, and scientific programs.
- Support pre-license activities, scientific events, and special projects aligned with strategic goals.
- Represent Dr. Reddy’s across various internal and external scientific platforms.
Scientific Expertise & Insights
- Act as a therapeutic expert, sharing treatment trends and scientific developments.
- Provide deep insights on disease patterns to therapy leads and commercial teams.
