Job Description:
As a Medical Advisor-Specialty, you will play a crucial role in providing scientific and medical expertise to support the development and commercialization of specialty products. You will act as a key medical resource, fostering strong relationships with external stakeholders and ensuring accurate and ethical communication of scientific information. This medical advisor job offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of clinical research, regulatory compliance, and strategic product development.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with relevant clinical experience in a specialty area.
- Proven experience in Clinical Trials, Clinical Study Design, and Clinical Data Management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in Medical Writing and scientific communications.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Building with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
- Understanding of Regulatory Compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience developing and communicating Value Propositions for pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide scientific and medical input into the design, execution, and interpretation of clinical studies and trials, leveraging expertise in Clinical Study Design and Clinical Data Management.
- Conduct comprehensive Literature Reviews to stay abreast of scientific advancements and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and review high-quality Medical Writing for scientific publications, internal training materials, and regulatory submissions.
- Communicate effectively complex medical and scientific information to internal teams, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders.
- Build and maintain strong Customer Relationships as a trusted medical partner.
- Participate in Product Demonstrations highlighting scientific value and clinical benefits.
- Ensure all activities adhere to Regulatory Compliance guidelines and internal SOPs.
- Contribute to Strategic Planning initiatives with medical insights supporting product lifecycle management and market access strategies.
- Think and Solve Problems related to product development and medical affairs challenges.
- Adapt Thinking and Behaviour to evolving scientific landscapes and business needs.
- Develop and articulate clear Value Propositions based on robust scientific evidence.
